By booking a service with Angie Hair Artist, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to respect both your time and ours.

 

 

1. Booking & Deposits

    •    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

    •    Deposits are applied to the final balance, which is due at the time of service.

    •    Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed.

 

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    •    At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

    •    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

    •    No-shows may be subject to full service charges and restricted from booking future appointments.

 

 

3. Late Arrivals

    •    Clients are given a 10-minute grace period.

    •    A $25 late fee will be added if you arrive more than 10 minutes late.

    •    Arrivals later than 20 minutes may result in a canceled appointment and loss of deposit.

 

 

4. Hair Preparation

    •    Hair must be clean, dry, and free of product prior to your appointment.

    •    If your hair requires detangling, blow-drying, or other prep, a $45 fee will be applied.

 

 

5. Bundles & Extensions

    •    Clients are welcome to bring their own bundles or extensions. However, we are not responsible for the quality, performance, or longevity of client-provided hair.

    •    For best results, we recommend consulting with us before purchasing hair.

 

 

6. Payments

    •    The balance is due at the time of service and may be paid by cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, ApplePay or credit card (via Square).

    •    All sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.

 

 

7. Photo & Video Content

    •    Photos and videos may be taken during your appointment for marketing purposes (website, social media, promotions).

    •    By booking, you consent to this use.

    •    No payment, royalties, or compensation will be provided for such content.

 

 

8. Health & Safety

    •    For the safety of all clients, please reschedule if you are experiencing contagious symptoms.

    •    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or non-compliance with these terms.

 

 

9. Policy Updates
