At Angie Hair Artist, all services and hair extension sales are performed with care and attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.

1. Services
• We do not offer refunds for completed services.
• If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to assess your concerns and may offer a minor adjustment, at our discretion.

2. Deposits
• All booking deposits are non-refundable.
• If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited.

3. Hair Extensions & Bundles
• Due to hygiene and customization, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, toppers, or other hair products once they have been opened, installed, or altered.
• If you provide your own hair, we are not responsible for its quality, performance, or longevity. Refunds will not be issued for client-provided hair.

4. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments
• Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and deposit.
• Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.

5. Adjustments
• If an adjustment is needed, it must be scheduled within 7 days of your original appointment. Adjustments are not guaranteed and are provided at our discretion.
